1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using SIGNALS HQ ("the App," "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SIGNALS HQ ("we," "us," "our").

2. Description of Service

SIGNALS HQ is a portfolio tracking application that allows users to track investments across stocks, ETFs, crypto, tokens, and prediction markets. The Service provides AI-generated insights, price alerts, portfolio analytics, community features, and related tools for informational purposes only.

Important: SIGNALS HQ is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any security. All AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

SIGNALS HQ offers both a free plan and paid subscription plans ("Pro"). Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Current Pricing: Pro Monthly — $2.99/month  |  Pro Annual — $19.99/year

5.1 Auto-Renewal. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you expressly authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You will be charged the then-current subscription price at the start of each renewal period.

5.2 Billing. You authorize SIGNALS HQ and its payment processor (Stripe) to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred. If your payment method fails, we may attempt to reprocess the charge and/or suspend your access to Pro features until payment is received.

5.3 Price Changes. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price change via email to your registered address before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

5.4 Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at signalssupport@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current paid billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of a billing period already paid.

5.5 Refund Policy. All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge at signalssupport@gmail.com and we will review your case. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion.

5.6 Free Trial. If we offer a free trial, your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the start of the paid period.

5.7 Taxes. Subscription prices may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location. Any such taxes will be added to your total charge.

6. Pro Features and Access

Pro features including AI Insight, smart alert notifications, and weekly digest emails are available to active paid subscribers only. Access to Pro features begins immediately upon successful payment and continues until the end of the paid billing period. If your subscription lapses or is canceled, Pro features will be disabled at the end of your current billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, brand, and content, is owned by SIGNALS HQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. Portfolio data you enter is stored securely and is not sold to third parties. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Connections and Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe (payment processing), Plaid (brokerage connections), Polygon.io (stock data), CoinGecko (crypto data), DexScreener (token data), Polymarket (prediction markets), Anthropic (AI), OneSignal (push notifications), and Resend (email). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, accuracy, or data practices. 11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any market data, prices, or AI-generated insights. Market data may be delayed. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SIGNALS HQ and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data, or loss of profits — arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SIGNALS HQ and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. If your account is terminated for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees paid.

15. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through Profile → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active subscription — you must cancel your subscription separately before deleting your account to avoid future charges.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
